Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rely Institute & IT Solutions websites, learning platforms, mobile applications, products, services, and certificates (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Entities and Scope

1.1 The Service is operated by Rely Institute & IT Solutions and its authorised affiliates in Pakistan and overseas.
1.2 References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Rely Institute & its authorised partners.
1.3 Certificates for international programmes may be issued under partnering entities and verified with a unique certificate ID or QR.
1.4 Nothing in these Terms constitutes state accreditation or formal academic credit unless explicitly stated on a programme page.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Users must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum in their jurisdiction).
2.2 You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep credentials confidential.
2.3 Account sharing is prohibited and may lead to termination without refund.
2.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts for false information, impersonation, or abuse.

3. Program Completion and Certification

3.1 Course completion requires fulfillment of course-specific academic and attendance requirements.
3.2 Certificates are awarded only when: assessments are complete, minimum performance standards are met, and fees are paid.
3.3 Certificates may be withheld or revoked for plagiarism, misconduct, or unpaid dues.
3.4 Certificate verification details will be provided on the certificate itself.

4. Academic & Behavioural Policies

4.1 Students must attend required sessions, complete assignments, and meet minimum assessment scores. Resubmission rounds and remediation may be required if standards are not met.
4.2 Harassment, hate speech, threats, or unethical conduct toward staff or peers will lead to immediate termination without refund.
4.3 Spreading defamatory or false content about Rely Institute or staff may result in permanent removal and legal action.

5. Payments and Financial Obligations

5.1 You accept responsibility for tuition and related fees. Non-payment may lead to de-registration and access suspension.
5.2 Payment deadlines and any extensions must be honoured; otherwise enrolment may be cancelled without refund.
5.3 Local and international payments may be processed by Rely Institute or authorised processors.
5.4 Prices and payment schedules may change with notice; continued use after changes implies acceptance.
5.5 Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or installment defaults may lead to suspension and certificate revocation.

6. Offers, Promotions & Subscriptions

6.1 Promotions and coupon codes are time-bound and non-transferable.
6.2 Subscription programmes auto-renew unless cancelled through your dashboard or support channel.
6.3 Failure of auto-billing will generate an invoice that must be cleared within the stated time.

7. Free Trials

7.1 Free trials (when offered) normally last 7 days unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Payment details may be required at signup to allow seamless continuation.
7.3 One trial per user; multiple trial signups may be cancelled.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Purchases are final except as provided under our Refund Policy.
8.2 Refunds may be considered within 15 days of programme start under strict conditions (evidence of participation, completed assignments, and measurable lack of improvement).
8.3 Refunds are not available if the claim period has lapsed, materials were downloaded, flexible instalment rules apply, or payments remain outstanding.
8.4 Subscription or usage-based trainings may have specific watch-time and refund rules.
8.5 Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
8.6 Change of mind, non-attendance, or partial participation does not qualify for refund.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content (videos, slides, code, exercises, documents) is owned by Rely Institute & licensors.
9.2 No ownership rights are transferred; materials may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.
9.3 Unauthorized reselling or sharing of course materials may invite legal action and contractual penalties.
9.4 Soliciting staff or trainees for private commercial engagements that conflict with Rely operations is prohibited.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1 We collect necessary personal data for education, verification, and compliance.
10.2 By using the Service you consent to cross-border processing as required for operations.
10.3 We implement standard technical and contractual safeguards.
10.4 Trusted third-party processors may be used for hosting, analytics, payments, and communications.

11. Communications & Marketing

11.1 You agree to receive transactional communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp) about classes and certificates.
11.2 You may opt out of promotional messages.
11.3 Testimonials and success stories may be used for marketing unless otherwise restricted by law.

12. Third-Party Links & Tools

12.1 We may integrate third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, AI tools).
12.2 Rely Institute is not liable for third-party uptime or practices — use them under their terms.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

13.1 The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
13.2 No guarantees of employment, revenue, traffic, or rankings are provided.
13.3 To the maximum extent allowed by law, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: fees paid by you in the prior three months or PKR-equivalent of US $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rely Institute from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination & Suspension

15.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or misconduct.
15.2 Termination leads to loss of access; some provisions (IP, liability, data) survive termination.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (outages, natural disasters, cyber incidents).

17. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms; updated versions are effective upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

A. Pakistan-based users: governed by the laws of Pakistan; venue in the courts of Lahore.
B. Other users: governed by applicable international terms; parties may agree to confidential arbitration.

19. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms and related policies form the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder is enforceable.
